Deepen your Meditation practice


Meditation is such a great practice for bringing self-awareness, practising mindfulness and for allowing and directing healing. The practice can be even deeper or profound when we combine our practice with other tools such as essential oils, crystals, intention, affirmations, intuition, chakra or etheric body works, to really allow us to go deeper and on a more supported journey with each practice. We love to call on our essential oils for every meditation we do – even the quick short sessions. We choose the oils based on either our intention for the session or using our intuition (we are very very big on using intuition!)
